With substantial commencement achieved the next twelve months should be busy onsite.
Phase one civil works are complete and the next physical works phase will move onto the golf course site. Removing introduced species and weeds for the arrival of the (soon to be announced) Golf Course Architect and crew by mid-year.
Meanwhile the irrigation design, wet hire, purchase of equipment and site induction will be finalized for their arrival.
The pandemic has upended all of our lives and making progress has been especially difficult in the “new normal”. So any proclamation of moving ahead at our desired speed will no doubt run up against forces beyond our control.
