Tree clearing has been progressing over the past few months.
CDP will be spending a few days on site next week, staking out the course and flagging areas to remain untouched by the contractors.
With the trees thinning out, the contours and corridors that were hard to see will now reveal the site in its entirety.
One of the important next steps is deciding which areas will be suited to have the odd feature tree or group of trees, versus the areas where long views and establishing native flora will be the priority.
The goal is for all the preliminary work to be complete for the arrival of Mike DeVries and his D4 in October/November
